Sorry for the late notice but here is some additional information about tonights meet.

Parking is limited at the Y. No one is allowed to park in the grass. There is an overflow parking lot in the neighborhood directly across the street from the Y entrance. Should you find yourself in search of a spot, please leave out of the Y entrance and head straight across Liberty Blvd. Behind the large clubhouse you will find a large parking lot. 

Also, there are no chairs so be prepared and bring your own. We will be setting up outside if it is not raining. Our team will be setting up in the grass on the side of the building by the parking lot. In the event of rain, we will be inside the YMCA gymnasium. 

Please make sure your chairs do not have metal bottoms in case we do have to go inside the gym. Also, please be mindful our your space. Cleanup is essential so please make sure you throw away all trash as there will be plenty of large trash cans around the areas. 

No food will be allowed inside the gym if we are forced inside. It will need to be consumed in the lobby. The concession stand will be cash only and I have attached a picture of the menu. 

Swimmers need to be on deck for warmups by 5:15 at the latest and volunteers must check in with Jill Wallace no later than 5:45. 

We will also have swim caps and a few sets of goggles for sale (cash only) tonight should you find yourself in need of them.
