All, 

Tomorrow we will have our first morning meet ever! It will probably be a little bit of chaos and whirlwind combined. It is a virtual meet so no other team will be there and we will be combining lots of events to move it along quickly so tell your kids to listen to the announcements for what events are being called at the clerk of course. 

We will be opening the pool at 7am for set up however you won't really need to come early to get a good seat, there will be plenty! Warmups will start at 7:30am and the National Anthem will be played at 7:55 so we can begin promptly at 8am. 

We are low on some timing volunteers and we are hoping that this meet will be finished by 10am, with that said we may be begging some of you to work the entire meet as a timer instead of just the 1st half. Volunteers need to check in with Jill Wallace by 7:45am. 

We will have a concession stand but it will have prepackaged muffins, donuts, coffee and hot chocolate - cash only. 

It is supposed to be chilly tomorrow morning. We will be swimming no matter what the temperature is so please bring extra towels or maybe a blanket for the kids to bundle up with in between their events. 

We all know that last weeks meet wasn't all that smooth but we appreciate everyone's patience while we remember how to run a meet and also work with equipment that hasn't been used in 2 years. If you have any questions or concerns please let me know.
