Hello Swim families.  Congratulations on another win this week!

We have just 2 meets left before Finals.  What does this mean??  We have to have your swimmers signed IN or OUT of the meets to swim.   Our next meet is 6 days away at Lake of the Woods.  This is an AWAY meet.  We need all swimmers entered or signed out by Sunday, July 10th at 9PM.  

Our last meet before finals will be Monday, July 18th (at home) which is a quick turn around for Bianca to get those entries in as well!  SO PLEASE do your self and Coach Bianca a favor and get the entry elections for ALL your swimmers for both July 13th and July 18th meets done at this time.   The entries for the July 18th meet will be Thursday, July14th so just get BOTH meets done NOW. 

And please remember....swimmer swimming in meet means that a job needs to be signed up for as well.  I want to thank everyone for working with each other and me to get these shifts covered. Many hands make light work.....and makes the meets run smooth and efficiently.  Thank you to those volunteers covering for each other and offering extra help. Parents keep the kids swimming so let's keep up the great work. 

One more important piece of information....all timers, head timer, Judges for both halves have a meeting to go over instructions for the meet at 5:40/5:45pm before the meet. So, please check in with me for your assignments by 5:30pm and make sure you can make this meeting.   It's hard to start the meet on time if we don't have our timers in place ready to go.  If have questions about timing or you would like to go over how to time please come to the meet early or message me for someone to meet you at practice one morning.
