Below is the info for the upcoming meet on Monday. It is a home meet! 

Volunteers: We are short on volunteers in this meet. We have several families that have kids signed up to swim but are not signed up to work the meet. Everyone will be assigned a volunteer spot so if you have anything requests for specific halves please contact Jill Wallace. She will try to work with everyone as much as possible. 

Warm-Ups:

Each team will have 20 minutes to warm-up before the meet. Home team warm-ups are from 5:05-5:25pm. Away team warm-up times are from 5:30-5:50. Meet start time is 6:00 pm.

Rules:

All rules of the Rappahannock Swim League (RSL) are in effect. No photos or videos of any kind are permitted behind the blocks at any time.

Officials:

We will have an officials meeting at 5:45 by the clock near the lifeguard shack.

General Swimmer/Spectator Conduct:

Each team is responsible for supervising the conduct of coaches, swimmers and spectators. Raise any concerns to the RSL Rep or Head Referee.

Baby Pool: The baby pool is NOT to be used at any time

First Aid: Please see the Lifeguard for assistance.

Inclement Weather:

RSL and facility policies are followed. In the case of lightning, please exit the pool area immediately.

Please take shelter in your vehicles. Further information will be given to coaches to disseminate.

Concessions:

Our concessions are provided by Vocelli’s Pizza. They will have pizza, salads and drinks. Cash and cards are accepted.

We will also sell candy and chips that are cash only.

FINALS INFO: This is not related to Mondays meet but Finals is coming up. The location has changed and we will be competing at the Jeff Rouse Center, which is amazing news! We have the sign up's opened so please sign your children in or out of the meet. The sign up's for athletes will close on Tuesday 7/19 to allow Coach Bianca time to seed the meet.
