Hello Swim Families.  

We are coming up on our last swim meet before finals. It's tomorrow night right here at home.   We will be short volunteers this meet so please keep watch on swimtopia for for you job assignment and any changes that might happen. Please check in with me by 5:30pm tomorrow night.  I need to make sure we have people in place for the timers meeting and Officials Meeting, and all other jobs before the meet begins.    If you don't check in with me by 5:30pm I might move you to second half job so we are sure we have all positions filled.  PLEASE note that job assignments can change anytime as the needs of the swim meet. I might have to close concessions or merge jobs to be sure jobs are filled.  If you are willing to work an extra shift let me know.
