All, below please find all of the information for finals. It is a lot of information but it will help everyone have all of the needed information to help your day go as smoothly as possible. There is also an attached map of the pool area. Please see this to ensure you know where everything is.

First, if you have ever participated in a meet at the Rouse Center you may know that swimmers do not sit with parents. This is the case this weekend. Per the map the swimmers will be on the opposite side of the pool with the coaches. You will be able to see your swimmers and you can go to them if needed but parents are not allowed to sit on that side and it keeps wet swimmers out of the stadium seats. It really does work well!

Location: Jeff Rouse Center 1600 Mine Rd, Stafford, VA 22554

Times: Warm up's will be at 7:30am in lanes 5-8

Please be at the pool by 7:15am.

Timers meeting at 7:40am in the lobby (there will be an announcement) - if you are timing please be on time so we can ensure we have all volunteers accounted for and the meet can begin on time. If you are not on time you may be replaced and required to work the second session instead.

Also, every family will be required to work. It is your responsibility to make sure you have checked in with Jill Wallace for your shift. If no one is working from your family, your swimmers may be pulled from the meet and not allowed to swim. We appreciate all of our swim families and volunteers and I know it will run smoothly.

The National Anthem will be sung at 7:50 and the first call to the clerk of the course will be at 7:45.

You are allowed food and drinks on the pool deck but ensure you clean up after yourselves and your swimmers. GLASS IS NOT PERMITTED!

No chairs will be allowed on the pool deck. All parents will be sitting in the stands.

The Rouse Center is a grounded pool. If we have any bad weather the meet will continue as normal.

This meet will be fast paced and we intend to be finished around 12pm.

The Finals party will be held at our community pool at 8pm. We will have cake provided by the team and each family is encouraged but not required to bring something small to share with the team. We will have family relays, vote in our new board and awards will be handed out. The party will end promptly at 10pm.
