Good afternoon! I just wanted to share a few updates from the host team about the heat tonight. 

"The meet will go on as scheduled! Below are a list of things Aquia Harbour dolphins are making available. 

1. Suggest more canopy use

2. Provide more shade areas

3. Open seating in the fenced area

4. Coolers of ice provided

5. Investigating an ongoing sprinkler station all meet long 

6. Kona Ice truck available (accepts cash and cards)

7. If needed: the lower level of the Country Club can be used as a colling place with bathrooms 

We hope this will sustain us throughout the meet. Our theme is Dr. Suess if anyone would like to participate."
