Please bring approximately 40 HOMEMADE cookies or sweet treats. We have a few kids with peanut allergies…bonus points if can make them peanut free…and if you do, please advertise the fact so those kids can eat them! |

This is an IN PERSON meet again Idlewild. Swimmers need to be on Deck ready for warm ups at 4:45pm, Parent/Volunteers needs to be checked in with Jill Wallace (Volunteer Coordinator) between 5:30pm and 5:45pm. |

Sweet Frog, Stafford, VA
Ice Cream Social to celebrate the new swim season! Stop by sweet frog all day on 03 May 2021 and ARRST gets a portion of the sales. We will have a booth set up from 5pm-8pm and will be selling old swim merchandise and ARRST face masks. Stop by and say hi! We would love to see you! |

Winter Snow Tubing Get Together

A-M Please bring a dessert N-Z Please bring an appetizer type dish All drinks will be provided! We will have a ceremony and all swimmers will get an award. The team will also have a family relay race so start thinking about who you'd like to have on your team! |
