We will take our team photo today.  Everyone should wear a Rapids bathing suit, Rapids t-shirt/sweatshirt or just a red shirt.  There will be no practice today, all groups will show up at 10:25 am.

Let's send the kids off with a little magic to help with their confidence for the meet. We usually ask for homemade cookies delivered to the pool after each practice day of swim meet. (if you don't want to make then store bought will do). Please list ingredients if they contain any kind of nuts.
